COMPLEMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION
ALUMÁCER® tile levelling systems help maintain consistent spacing between ceramic tiles and reduce lippage during installation. The range includes different solutions to suit a variety of tile formats, joint widths and installation methods.
This is the main system in the range. It uses clips and wedges to help maintain even tile installation and reduce height differences between adjacent tiles. Clips are available in 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 5 mm, with XL versions depending on the size, together with wedges, pliers and a protective disk.
The Reusable Levelling System uses a T-shaped metal needle and a black threaded nut. It is designed for laying and levelling ceramic tiles with joint widths from 1.5 to 8 mm. Unlike the conventional system, the levelling piece can be reused.
The screw top system combines 1 and 2 mm threaded clips with a reusable levelling screw. It can also be used with an optional reusable protective disk designed to protect the ceramic surface during adjustment.
The MINI system is designed for small-format ceramic tiles and areas where installation is more difficult. It works with MINI clips and wedges and allows a 1 mm joint.
How to choose a tile levelling system?
The right levelling system depends on the tile format, required joint width and installation method. ALUMÁCER® offers different solutions for these requirements: the clips and wedges system is available in several clip thicknesses; the reusable system works with joints from 1.5 to 8 mm; the screw top system uses 1 and 2 mm clips; and the MINI system is designed for small-format ceramic tiles and difficult installation areas, with a 1 mm joint.
Before choosing a system, the installation conditions and the appropriate components for each project should be checked. Levelling systems help maintain consistent spacing and reduce lippage during installation, but they do not replace correct installation practice.
Why use a tile levelling system?
Levelling systems are a support tool for installing ceramic floor and wall tiles. They help maintain consistent spacing between tiles and reduce height differences during installation.
The availability of clips and wedges, reusable systems, screw top solutions and the MINI system makes it possible to choose a solution for different formats, joints and installation conditions.
